Practice and the Reader: read real Japanese
- NewNew Practice page: translate a sentence and pick your next read in one place. It's the new home of translation, with your history one click away.
- NewThe Reader ships with four public-domain classics (桃太郎, 浦島太郎, かぐや姫 and Miyazawa Kenji's 注文の多い料理店), illustrated with real woodblock prints. Toggleable furigana, sentence-by-sentence translations, and every word, particle or kanji opens a detail card on tap.
- NewNew guide article: と (to), the particle that says "and", "with", and introduces quotation.
- ImprovedThe translation result page got a refresh: the translation as a hero card, grouped actions, and a lighter source line.
- ImprovedReopening a word or kanji you already looked up is now instant: cards are kept in memory for the session.

Reworked kanji and kana cards
- NewEvery kanji card now shows its decomposition as clickable components, derived from the same stroke-order drawing.
- ImprovedKanji and kana cards got a full redesign: one study card with a practice square, JLPT level, stroke count and readings in a single place.
- ImprovedSigned in, an empty kanji card now generates itself when you open the page.
- ImprovedThe "new version available" banner is gone: updates now apply silently.

- NewJLPT N4 kanji are here: 166 new kanji, per-level pages and a dedicated flashcards mode.
- NewThe home page got lighter and came alive: your due cards, your progress (streak, record, accuracy) and a visible FAQ.
- NewFinish the daily quiz and see how you rank anonymously among today's players.
- ImprovedThe daily kana now actually changes every day and matches the first question of the daily quiz.
- FixedThe daily kanji could get stuck on an old date; it now refreshes every hour.
